wah the ex-owner got so many built in stuff...maybe u can think of remodeling the built in stuff instead of replacing cos like wasted if u totally replace all of it... see contractor can change the doors to uodate the look of the cabinets anot loh...those cabinets u dun wan then scrap and plaster the wall or something... other then dat the marble flooring is in a lovely colour...this colour easier to match and work with if u wan a modern look i think.... im all over ur marble floor...

woah good news there! hmmm...juz wondering what kind of hydraulic systems for the cabinets? how does it work? cos i've seen it before looking forward to the pics!

hello tesoro... if cannot remove the pillar, can make the top curve part straight and higher also...like dat create kinda like a cleaner line and open abit of space...cos the curve part really block out space... marble flooring... juz ask ur contractor to buff and polish for u can liao...will look new after buffering and polishing...

ahhhh...be careful when ur ID/contractor throw in free air con and stuff and make sure they dun overcharge u for anything else...i know some id/contrator like dat one so juz take note....

dunno leh...the id/contractor say do already will be narrow and stuff...then i see he not confident then dun do loh...now when i see all the hdb put island i can only then if put island one thing is will reduce some storage space also...my house no store room..ex-owner hack away already and i also have no intention to put it back..so more storage is always better...

But still ok...cos 16/08/2007 is also an auspicious date for RESIDENCE RELOCATION according to the website. Anyway tim_chenie...if u got time also go check out the old type calendar where we rip the pages off one day at a time..u know? the green for weekdays and red for weekends type of calendar the chinese "yao chai dian" give out at the beginning of the year? the calendar also got depict which day good for what and bad for what so u might wanna check it out too.. Remove the pillar thingy near ur window to open up the space... Repainting in neutral colours...white...beige? Kitchen cabinets can relaminate? Think the house looks dated is mostly because of the colours... False ceiling is acceptable to me also.... Enjoy ur renovation!

I got the TV cheap...it was at a sale and we could not resist haha...the TV was WAAAYYYY below our budget and it was what we wanted...so i buy loh...i wanna call them up tommorrow to ask to see how long they can hold the delivery...scared they hold hold hold then only left display set then problem all come...dun think that can happen but i can be paranoid at times haha... Like dat i also slowly slowly shift all my stuff in when reno is complete so not so siong...but must buy strong lock loh...
