Theres a work around to it.Every new BTO has a BT/IP point unless contractor conceal it.This is to provision for telephone connection.All phone connection in rooms runs parallel to it.You can convert it to LAN points. ..shorter surface trunking..reroute open net connection to the nearest LAN or phone points as i read thru ur blog u installed LAN points,hope its in strategic spot.
