Hi iluvmybeans, I need to know which side is your unit, A,B,C,D,E,F? look out from your living hall, your left side is more "open" or your right side is more "open"? "open" mean lower building and less blocking.

there is no perfect fengshui. if you can make use of all the following few blue sectors your house fengshui is already better than 99.99999...% of other peoples.

Hi Tpp_dhu, How you want to arrange your furnitures you can decide yourself, just give you general requirements: See the picture below: If the house "Facing" direction is in RED sector, then the stove, door, window-openings, water-features, audio/video/washing machine/fridfe/rice cooker equipment, washing sink should be in RED sectors. If the house "Facing" direction is in BLUE sector, then the stove, door, window-openings, water-features, audio/video/washing machine/fridfe/rice cooker equipment, washing sink etc should be in BLUE sectors.

suggest you also email HDB to ask them for your block direction, HDB has very accurate direction info.

If your house direction is not one of the above 8 directions, you can apply the following general method, at least you will not have major fengshui problems. B,C no windows still ok, can put water features, A window must open. Since you have not move in, try to make the master room toilet become a common toilet. How is the previous owner, are they looked good?

since we are using mainly A,B,C,D sectors, but your main door is not within these 4 sectors, it is better to close your main door (wooden door) when peoples are inside the house.

Hi tommy, you are very lucky to have A,B,C sectors all have windows, open them and put moving water features to enhance these 3 sectors, do NOT exceed the sector boundary. D sector for stove. since you already have your stove at wrong location, you can put rice cooker at D sector, actually you can add another small gas cooker or hot plate on top to cook soup, boil drinking water, cook whatever things you can at sector D. common toilet at the center should use less frequently. By the way, how many years have you stayed here, any good or not so good things to share, did you open A,B,C windows often?

another thing you can do is to put add a water feature at the side of the main door within the blue sector.
