oh!!!! what a reply. reasonable or above market rate doesn't mean trouble free also. had done 2 shower kerb by my present contractor, $80 per kerb and done a shabby job, sharp edge, water pooling and no curve skirting. anyway manage to find a tiler/cement contractor, built 3 kerb (2 x bathroom entrance and 1 x kitchen entrance), level living room to door entrance and hack off some part of a kerb (done by previous shabby ID contractor). price $250. very satisfied.

I need to install kerb to both bathroom entrance, kitchen entrance, and also main door entrance. my bto at rivervale crescent don't have kerb for these places

my bto in sengkang my quartz kitchen top of 10.5 feet straight line was installed in 2 pieces instead of 1 piece, and the splash back was also installed in 3 pieces for the 10.5 feet. my question, is this normal, because im expecting a solid 1 piece installation.

can get those indian/blanga worker to do the painting. agree on price, you supply the paint, and have to constantly monitor.

1) Does it mean the subtenant cannot rent another HDB flat IF he owns a HDB flat? they can rent provided their own flat is eligible to be sublet, and if they must sublet their own flat within a month after they rent a flat. 2) If one has move out of their flat, how can there by other occupiers remaining? I dont understand this? when you buy a hdb flat the buyer are usually "main leasee" and "co leasee" e.g husband and wife, then there are "occupier" e.g parent, children and sibling. if you want to check whether there is any occupier listed in your flat, check with branch office 3) Is there a contradiction in the conditions stated - "not able to sublet their own flat after they move out" and "must sublet own flat within 1 month AFTER having rent a flat"??? this part mean those that are not eligible to sublet their own flat but they want to move out and rent a flat, if they have occupier listed in their own flat they can do so. e.g divorce/separation case
