Totally agreed with you. Me and hubby went to Faith Coat showroom at geylang and Philip was the one explaining to us the technical aspect of the coating. He is very honest and down to the earth. He told us that Faith Coat carry both the imported flakes and locally produced one to cater for different group of customer, whether they are comparing prices or quality.

you may want to contact Faith Coat. they carry both the imported and locally produced flakes. To do 1 toilet floor using imported flakes is $550 (with warranty), using local flakes is $380 (with warranty but exculde decolourisation). kitchen floor pricing i'm not too sure (definately cheaper than anybody if you choose to use the locally produced flakes). but i would advise you take a look to compare the difference between the 2 products before deciding which one to go for. Visited Faith Coat showroom with hubby yesterday. They have both the imported and local flakes, also some kind of special flakes with sparkling effect. To do 1 toilet floor with imported flakes is $550 net (with warranty), with local flakes is $380 net ( with warranty but exclude decolourization). They have plain solid colour and texture effect spray coating for the wall tiles. More than 100 colour to choose from. Salesperson said they have different range of products to suit different customer group, whether they are comparing prices or quality. Was told that they have a new year special package promotion at sing expo over 2 weekends (12&13 Jan, 19&20 Jan)
