Nice furniture pieces. It was a great challenge for my husband & myself to search for furniture with 3 monsters along, haha.

My simple renovation will come to the end soon Below are some works done: 1. Changed 3 units of air-con for 3 bedrooms 2. Created a storage cum display under the staircase 3. Glass wall & door for study 4. Hacked away existing bath tub 5. New walk-in wardrobe for MBR (this Fri ) 6. Whole unit painting. 7. Modifying kitchen cabinet for oven & fridge (this Fri ) Plus some other minor works.

I paid 48k for my EM.

May I know the ceiling height for the bedrooms? Is it same for all EM?

I would prefer the first draft of MBR too. Wardrobe need to functional though. Just my thought.

My boy like this bed too. Wonder how much it cost for delivery & assembling?

Current owner has extended the living to balcony. I'm intending to change the toilet door orientation at kitchen. Agreed that current kitchen is a bit small & my fridge is too big to fit into fridge area:(

Compared to other EM owner I'm agreed on that. I'm not venture out from Woodlands as not keen to change my son's school & my DD going to P1 next yr.

But the disadvantage is smaller study area. No major reno to be done:)
