  1. Can you quote me the Mitsubishi MR Z65W white model. Please let me know the payment term as well.
  2. Not sure of fengshui. I'm thinking of doing the same as you. How are you going to block the sun and rain?
  3. How big is the balcony? I have the same type of balcony (around 8sq metres) for my yet-to-be-completed condo. Our thoughts are to convert the place into a alfresco dining area. To do that, we are thinking of getting curtains to block the elements, and some outdoor tables and chair. Dunno feasible or not.
  4. I live in a Cluster house, thinking of doing some simple renovation to make way for a bedroom. I have some questions in mind. I hope to answer the bros and sis here for some advice first before approaching any ID I want to move the kitchen to the rear patio. To do that, I will need to box up the rear patio and partition up half the dining room. Is it legal to do so?Once the kitchen is moved out, the place will be converted to a bedroom. Is it possible to fix up a simple toilet with one toilet bowl? I'm not sure of the piping or whatsoever...How much will such a project cost?
  5. My living room is currently lighted by 8 sets of 11W Warm white CFL E27 light. However, I find the yellow color emitted by the bulb is too harsh and yellowish. I tried another 8 sets of daylight CFL. The result is that it is too whitish. I think i will prefer anything that's between warm white (2700k) and daylight (6500k). I noticed that from the Philips and Osram online catalogue that there are soft white (840 or 4000k) bulbs available. I inquire everywhere for them but none of the stores carry them. Does anyone knows where I can get these lamps?
  6. I have a patio which I want to remodel so that it covered with turf grass. How to lay them on top of the current tiles and not damage them? Here's a picture of my patio
  7. This is very interesting. I'm looking at almost the same thing. http://www.theenergydetective.com/store/teds/ted-1001.html My purpose is to monitor the power usage of my tenant at the DP point. Can the 2 devices mentioned do that?
  8. Hi, sorry to dig up old threads. I have the same situation as you? Do you have a solution? For myself, I'm thinking of putting meter at t he circuit breaker so can monitor the usage accurately.
  9. There used to be a plan for Sembawang Stadium in URA's Masterplan 2003. However, is not mentioned at all in Masterplan 2008. Anyone knows whether the stadium is being scrapped?
  10. Anyone found this tap? I'm interested in it also.
  11. Basically, the PIR sensor cuts off the power to the lamp. When it senses movement, it will "allow" power to go to the lamp thereby activating it. Can't remember the shop's name. Its one of the bigger corner shop at the basement. You can identify it by the many LED flashing lights. I'm planning to get 2 more units from him.
  12. oic, i always drive past that place but it never occurs to me that they sell plants inside... Will take a look there. Thanks for the reply.
