Thanks for the comments..yah that area used to be the balcony...but we decided to convert it to part of the dining area instead to make it appear larger...hehe was thinking of converting it into a cozy corner too..but decided to leave it empty to allow the house to look more spacious...for now maybe it can be my smoking corner lolz!

After 6 weeks of running around. ...stress and anxiety ...our home is 99 & completed...just some pics for all the reno brothers and sisters to view...will post more as time goes on..still waiting for my sound system to arrive cant wait!! My reno is done by fuse concept id:kelvin and steve...Kudos to them for a job well done!!

Hi sparrow my id is steve and kelvin..just a word of advice...the id can advise and design ..but ultimately the choice is yrs..u are the one gonna stay in the house so make sure u like it before u proceed...

Wow yr house is looking good...my reno also just started on monday...no pics yet lolz..i too stay at JW...but its a st64 Blk 66+ guess we stay quite near each other huh...looking forward to see yr finished home..

The reno has began yesterday...keeping my fingers crossed..so far my final quote is about coming to 50k...haiz..my wife and me itchy backside...keep adding on items....hopefully everything will turn out fine..so stressed out lolz..

yup got my keys about a month back....reno already started yesterday..today will be going to shop for furniture...$$ going to fly lolz...
