Yes, the company renamed and my renovation was a total disaster. May have some financial difficulties since my Id left due to non-payment of his commission too. I heard from my supplier friend that the company got sued by other suppliers for non-payment too...... *shake head-

Sorry for the lack of updates.. My renovation so far has been a total disaster asmy ID resigned as the company did not pay him his commission..... The ID firm was horrible as there is nobody else to help me in completing my renovation on time now.... Anyone interested please drop me a personal message if you would like to know which ID firm it is. Please avoid them if you want to have a renovation.

Met up with my designer on monday afternoon to choose laminates for my carpentry! *Excited* LB could not accompany me, so poor me went alone. It was so tough to choose since there is so many variety! So anyway it was decided that the theme will involve around plenty of greys & whites Initially wasn't really keen on having too much white because we think it might not be very easy to maintain over the time? But I gave in after hearing my designer's colleague's (nice young lady!) opinion that white can indeed brighten up the entire house. Sounds reasonable. So anyway, here's the laminates that designer & I have chose on monday! Doesn't show up in photo, but it's actually a pretty dusty plum color. (For my living room's carpentry!) With white to bring the color out! My Designer showed me the 3D drawings but don't know why cannot bring home one! So cannot scan and show you all! Will update again soon ~

Went down to our new EM yesterday, hacking work began on 4th June Should be completed soon, I think only left with a wall to be demolished! hacked living + dining + study. (Ps: Can see ID & his assistant's sexy legs hahahah) Hacked living room, with alot of....... sand which I have absolutely no idea what this is for. My Service yard! Super small common toilet The size of resale flats are already so small, I can't imagine buying new flats! Back in my time, the flats are so much more spacious leh, what happened? I'll be back with more updates, need to go for my early mahjong session with other ahmas 了!

Good morning to everyone! 人老了都自动会早睡早起呢, Missyliang大姐 & LB can't even sleep past 7am daily. Today morning we went to take a morning stroll together, feels good! Anyway here's more information on our renovation journey! LB & I have been meeting our ID (Has a habit to call him 小弟) daily from 20th May till we signed with him on the 27th. Sorry but we won't be sharing the renovation amount, if not later you all think we old people are very rich then rob us how? Hahahaha But what we'll be doing will be a full renovation, and the only thing that we'll be keeping is the staircase rails. Hehe I'll be posting up the photos soon, I sumpa!
