    Many things cork up this week. It is a bad bad week! First, it was the Viewqwest. Signed up with them for Bundle 300. They confirmed with email for installation of opennet to be fixed on 19 May but no one came and it was not even in their system. So I rang them up and $^*#%^&@$^#$^&@. Hehe they gave me speed boost 3 months for their overlook in the matter. The new date for opennet installation is fixed on 29 May Thursday. Delayed my reno abit. Second was my aircon from Mega Discount Store. Arranged for Aircon on 20 May, and no one came. End up I call Mega and overheard that Mitsubishi overlooked. Okay but they arranged for Thursday 22 May. That was fast. Settled. Thirdly, Mega Discount Store again. Delivery was supposed to be on 16 May but claimed that EF agent computer system down so couldn't deliver on 16 May and changed to 19 May. But no one will be at site on that day cause all completed just pending for carpentry and lights. So, I changed to Saturday 24 May 3pm to 5pm where I will be around to receive the Hob. EF agent will deliver the Hob back to Mega store cause EF agent don't work on Saturdays. Purposely went there to wait at 2.30pm and wait wait wait. Guess what? No one came. It was so hot and no chairs to sit. I called Mega Discount Store at 5pm to check, they tell me the EF agent sent it to their store and not warehouse. So, wasted the whole of my afternoon! Angryyyy! End up delivery fixed today afternoon. I must get them to compensate me with something for their cork ups twice. Pending to replace Gate My Aircon trunking is concealed in the Master BR toilet Common BR aircon is up and running Master BR Aircon Living Rm 24VA My ID says today is Carpentry day! Wonder if I should pop by in the evening... I'm so excited! The Completion date is near!

    its unlike BTO, at least they are new and modern. The old ones are like cement base stove and they have super retro built in kitchen cabinets and built in wardrobe for master room, vanity. Okay maybe they do renovate, but was 16 yrs ago lol. oh Dr.14, im at ave 4 hehe. End of this month will complete. Now is at the carpentry and lights stage. How long have you been staying in woodlands? How is your reno?

    the 50k does not include the kitchen appliances, aircon, toilet kitchen accessories and lights.

    Hi, Lushture Coffee table lushture dining table and slope chairs total up to $1550. My initial budget actually was quite low like 40k inclusive of kitchen appliances, aircon and toilet kitchen accessories. But my ID honestly tells me that it is impossible looking at the lists of things I require. After collecting some quotations, I realised what he said eas so true. I did receive some quotation around 25k to 30k but i did not take it up. I know if i do, there will be alot of hidden charges which i will not be prepared for. I prefer someone more trustworthy and honest in a sincere way and not sarcastic. I was quoted around 50k in the beginning with a few KIV items adding to 50K+. I added some items and remove some items, thus, I do not know what is the final yet since it is still ongoing and I do not know what crazy ideas I will have in the next minute. yes indeed its quite extensive. Its inclusive of electrical works, plumbing, painting, etc. Mine is a resale 4A flat 16yrs old, Quite old school as the previous indian owners did not renovate.

    I will update as soon as I resize the photos taken at site. My ID told me that it will all be completed in 3 more weeks time! Yay! Even though we told him that we are in no hurry to move in but as days passed, it seems like we're getting more and more excited. It is contradicting! I felt like going to see the progress each day and hope it can be ready as fast as it could. And of course, I wouldn't go and rush my ID now since in the beginning, I was the one who said no hurry. I honour my words!
