  1. hey your toilet bowl cover where to get ah?
  2. I don't have it. I got it through my ID as per renovation quote one... louvered PD door is friend price and sliding window i think is 550 or smth like that. In all reno quotes, some parts more than e others is nan mian one. I'm glad the entire reno is coming to an end and i'm extremely satisfied with the service!
  3. Swear there'll be prettier pictures hahaha!
  4. How about googling 'doiy'? haha!
  5. You can get it online directly from doiy... This piece i didn't use in e toilet, i used it at the dining area mounted up
  6. Thanks John for your kind words! THis is just the beginning.... Waiting for my taobao furnishings to be in hehe
  7. The haiku fan is very nice aesthetically and while i have not explored the functions, there are 7 fan levels to it. Number 7 got some slight sound but its comparable to your normal fans at medium speed. Its definitely not a cheap fan, be prepared to fork out at least 1.3k for it (including installation). My ID is in charged of the fan actually, she helped me get it and manages the installation for it. Overall iirc is $1062 + $90 (installation). Its the cheapest i can find. Phylux and Universal Union sells it too but apparently discount varies and they are quite stuck up about it. Its the king of fans, at least here in Singapore so prepared to pay a premium for it! At certain angles you can actually see its floating as the stem is hidden!
  8. ethnicraft, can check from their website. ceiling fan in living room is from haiku, different price from different vendors and depending if you wish to coordinate or not. ceiling fan from bedroom from relite, also can check from their website!
  9. Pardon me for only focusing on closeup shots cos its messy
  10. Sneak Previews Furnishes are not complete yet, with 2 orders from Taobao still currently being ordered. Will inform with regards to Showflat soon Shall let the pictures do the talking.
  11. okkkkk i bought the trones one so can hide behind the door hehe
  12. This is not the trones cabinet right? wa looks huge. thought can be mounted one the trones
  13. No scrawny.... singapore kenyan
  14. me too! going for hk marathon, hahaha precisely why that weekend is used for showflat purposes.. unless there's delays......................
  15. we toy with this idea but the stuff are not cheap, the tatami sheets, the doors.. lights and stuff is fine. but its to make it similar to a japanese home that's expensive here. if taobao have everything u might wanna get it all there lol
  16. Aiseh i put so subtle u also can see, good good. When the time comes should have some poster by Thom Signature Design, by then I'll put big big here lol.
  17. The only blum fixture that is foc are the drawers... blum runners only and you cant see e blum word. The dish rack is a top up, i think $120-$140 cant recall exactly the price, its top up... Personally i don't feel there's a need, the normal el cheapo china made one also serves its purpose actually, cos the rest of my soft closing hinges serves its purpose! LOL
  18. So we are lacking of the undermentioned (ok la for my own tracking purposes too LOL): Shifting of bathroom sinks to the middle instead of leaning towards the left Kompactplus top layer for both vanities Joven heater to link up All electrical works to be completed on carpentary All IKEA shelvings to be up in study room (foc by ID) All framed prints to be up in both toilets, dining area, hallway and kitchen, total 7 of them (foc by ID) Blum thingy to be fixed up properly Switching of bulbs to philips LED ones All touchups to be done up (particularly divider wall) Full washingBy friday all these should be done and we will be embarking on the furniture shift and getting ready for showflat on the 24th and 25th Jan 2015! Will let you guys know once its firmed
  19. The "not energy efficient" Joven water heater set up liao but not linked up to the electrical main yet. The sliding windows for the kitchen! Pretty neat and nifty essential item. Prefer this to the 4 panel one, find it a chore for the 4 panels and not as minimalist in terms of style so choice is clear. Last but not least, the blum fixture on our dish drainer! Not fully affixed, but just showing the tracks used. Pretty common blum accessory though.
  20. For those whom are into the "Kohler accessories" in the toilet, i lovedddddddddd the quality all right (as well as the lovely kohler wordings hahaha) And here's the theme, lacking of the asker bottles for tooth brush holders and stuff. IKEA is OOS for the time being, but we have two pierces for MBR, common waiting to be replenish (which we have sourced taobao and bought it off there)
  21. Final update before "Bai Jia Le". So, this weekend will be full delivery of all furniture and electrical appliances. Washing will be completed by end this week and rest of the carpentary, electrical works will be done by then. Adjustments will be adjusted and we are ready to rock and roll. Before that, shall provide some minor updates ----- Rainshower fixed. Rainshower bought from Heritage. Asked for the one with the LEAST water saving feature (for obvious reasons), turn out that the pressure is quite good for me, pending the storage heater link up. And so, our door is painted white and am LOVINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG the feel of it. Hopefully it'll stay clean for a long time to come =/ You can see here the contrast with the divider wall, which have the partition added in now Now imagine some pink splashes on the divider and you'll get that theme in your head the moment you put your first step through our door! Moving on to the kitchen, this kitchen tap is also from Heritage. Now i know most of you would have told me Taobao is even cheaper, yes i have the taobao links but well when i was at Heritage i thought it'll be good as there's 40% discount, end up around S$50 more expensive so why not! Used it to spray around the sink and it feels gooooooooooooood. And the fintorp rod is up too Another closeup shot.
  22. Yea it was great coordination between us and the ID. It helps when all of us have the 'visual look' in our head so when the laminates are chosen, its pretty much a breeze! Though some colors were OOS i still think it looks great! Yea! I'm a male and thought pastel if mixed well should be soothing to the eyes and a relaxing home for us. Hahaha, fingers crossed it'll be fine!
  23. Thank you for your kind words. I suppose such a design requires a lot of coordination n planning on e colors. Furniture and furnishings not in yet, pray it'll be fine!
  24. Ok when I have a pic I'll post.. Hmm in e end didn't get e kraus sink. Kitchen one is white color one from heritage, toilet ones are all from heritage also haha
