I am looking to change my main HDB main door. Have to be fire rated as the lift is just outside my house. So far, I have been to Siong Door and Yontat Doors and prefer to look a few more before I settle on one. May I know who else to look for ? And is it a must to have fire rated certification after installation ?

Gotten my keys for my new unit for almost a month . Renovation is coming to an end soon. Now my headache thing is to clean the "sandy" kitchen. The sandy feeling has been there since day 1. I have flooded with water 3 times with 2 times scrubbing with detergent powder. It gets improve bit by bit. I am wondering, there should be some sort of chemical that can clean off the "Sandy" feeling of the kitchen tiles. Or just have to do things bit by bit ?

Keys not collected yet. But seen a few units within the area. Can anyone advise if the circled area of the wall can be hack off ? The kitchen is really small until no space to put the fridge.

Came across a few choices such as electric instant water, water tank storage and gas water heater. Any good place to study all of them ? Want to know the pros and cons of installing each, the cost etc.

Key collection for my new 4 room Punggol BTO is somewhere end of Dec. Time to shop for air-con. My wife wants Fujitsu air-con as my In-laws are using. I have no say cos I using extinct National Brand.. lol Back to topic. Any good air-con contractor and price to intro for this ? Look forward to have one day off to pay a visit as most open on weekday.

Dig up this thread as I have some questions on contractor. My scenario is the same as TS. Me and my wife decided to use contractor as MIL knows a carpenter who can help us do up carpentry works. So, now the problem, do we still qualify for the home loan ? If don't qualify, how to settle the bills for contractor ? Use personal loan instead ?
