ya...an unstable table for house warming..I even have to cover it up so that guest will not see the lobang..

table finally came..but screwed up again... the glass is longer by about 1 cm, and thus, the table cannot fit well... but the delivery man very cooperative, understand that I will not pay the remainder and he will feedback to hq for a new glass next time.. but...when is next time ??? either I save $800, or i live with the slight unstable table..but I am surely not going to call them anymore.. and my 1st hosue warming is tomorrow...

I beg to differ.. if you order from Red Apple, you really have to worry, if not, your stuff will definately be late or wrongly delivered. of course, it's up to you...

your turnable tv is impressive, how did you hide all the cable ???

my order date: june11 delivery date: Aug11 - but table came in wrong size, so they Tloan me a ultra lousy quality table now: Sep17, still no news !! who can I talk to for discount in price ??

Ikea type right ? i just confirmed, that my total sq area is 48sqf, so effectively, I am quoted for around $5.9 for a top quality one. and my shop is the one featured in the Bryan Wong's ultra cheap reno show.

I give up on this dumbo lock liao...email twice, but no reply one... anyway, my bro have a spare Queen lock, which can fit into my gate well..though a bit small...but still useable...

it all depend on how much you can pay lor.. as the saying goes, pay peanuts, get peanuts... either you go for the most expensive one...(but still might not be reliable), or go for the cheapest one and pray... I went for the cheapest one....prayed...and it turn out well.... (mr k recommend by my good friend who also reno by MR K...)

it's to block the morning sun.... esp during Sat or Sun, I can't stay in the study room due to the super hot sunlight shining in.... my study room, painted yellow, was called Sunshine room..and indeed..it's sunshine room..haha

if you think quality is no good, then keep a close eye during the reno lor.. no good, straight away tell Mr K..

see, if they can match mr K price, means their workmanship also lousy... and are you sure they are as easy to handle as mr K in terms of problems etc?? it's up to you.. anyway, I am not saying the Mr K workmanship is lousy, but since you said the other's is better...

if you wanna refer to avsforum, then every model is bad...i hope you know what I mean. I have several friends (non related to each others), but they got 9500...coincidence? cheap ? I don't care.. but 3 years warranty, MIJ, and asked them about prob, none of them can find faults with the screen. the complaints are mainly like, hard to access connectors (but i am sure all models have this problem too if wall mount), no side HDMI input... anyway, I always read forum with a pinch of salt..."good to know".. I dun believe in just 1 friend too...(different pple have different standard of what's good and what's bad) and I definately dun trust salesman. . (they are just out there to suck your $$...trying to sway you away from your fav model to one which they can earn more commission) if you do as much homework as me...same budget as me....then will end up with the same choice as me..

haha..this is OT liao.. bought from robinson at 2199, paying by Robinson card 6 mth installment, but getting 5% rebate everymonth. I got the single layer one..and it's already heaven enough for us.. oh, the Red Apple sofa actually very comfortable..but I think after a few year..the cushion might sag..
