Greetings bianzi! So it was you... Hahahaha.. Well, at least now we know there is a flaw in the system. Hmm.. Whatever it is, I am quite sure there must be other forumers having the same issue. Probably one day I may also find myself login as other user.

Yup vuzu, it is indeed a v nice unit and I really love it! I bought it for $400K. As the flat was in a v original condition, I am only willing to fork out $5K for COV. And is really lucky that the prev owner agreed to it! So in total, i paid $405K for this flat. I bought this flat during end of 2013. I guess now should be cheaper due to the series of cooling measures the government did. Bestest of luck in your flat hunting, vuzu! ;-)

Hi stealth0128, I didn't take extra care during mopping. My mop will get into contact with the wall during mopping. But there is no issues at all.

Hi stealth0128, thanks for the compliment! Unfortunately the fine line cracks in cement screed flooring is inevitable. Haha. But I see it as natural beauty. And the cracks actually enhanced the look of the rawness of the overall industrial feel. The dusty feel was there for like abt 2wks after I shifted in. For 2wks, I basically vacuum everyday and mopped 2x a wk to try to get rid of the dusty feel. The dusty feel is more or less gone by now. Now I only do alternate day vacuum and 1x mop/wk. Yes, I hacked the floor b4 doing the cement screed. PMed u the cost of my cement screed flooring.

Hi peppermean, the pipes and conduit were painted using normal matt black paint after putting it up. I'm sorry as I do not wish to share itemized quotation. But if you are interested in the quote of a particular item, I will be glad to PM you on the cost. As mentioned earlier, my overall cost reno is about $42K. ;-)

I bought it at the underground mall at Taipei Main Station MRT. There are many underground malls at Taipei Main Station. I bought those stickers in one of the shops at the Z区 (Z area). If you refer to the map here >>> http://web.trtc.com.tw/img/ALL/Route2200/051.jpg, you should be able to see the Z area (站前地下街). The shop is likely to be along the stretch of Z1, Z3, Z5 exit (if my memory did not fail me ).

In fact all my flooring are cement screed. My request actually make Alan slightly stressful. Haha.. He says the easiest thing is usually most difficult to do. In the end it turns out ok!

There are many other designs at Taipei Underground Mall. All of them are very cute!! Really wanted to buy all design back. Haha..

Some updates... I have already moved in for about two weeks . I have engaged Shalom Movers to help me in moving. I have about 25 boxes, one fridge, one washing machine, one queen size mattress to move to my current location. They charged me $320 which I think is quite reasonable (I have gotten a quote from another mover and was quoted $360). Shalom Movers guys are very friendly and efficient. Defintely very recommended! I have called Alan on Thursday to request him to send his painter down to repaint two walls as the previous touch up was not evenly done. I have also told him that the remaining paint was already disposed. But he told me not to worry as he will get his painter to bring the paint along to redo the painting on Saturday. I was out the whole day today and was not around to monitor the painting work. When I am back, I did a quick check and the painting was very well done this time! As always, I feel that Alan is really very efficient in doing rectification. And I was also chasing him for my final bill. Hahaha.. He sounds rather relax and told me not to worry too much. So I still dunno how much I owe him.. Hope I will not get a big surprise when I see the final bill. Here are some of the stickers I bought in Taipei Underground Mall last month. Each cost about SG$2. Quite cheap!

Ya I think I wait for the id to advise... Cos looking at the layout of my flat.. The living room is v far away from the main door... I would imagine the connection will come in by the wall from the dining all the way to the tv point.. Gosh.. 有够丑的
