Yang Guo, may i know how long did the contractor took to finish laying all the tiles? How you feel about the tiles?? Mine is laid, but i find many edges quite sharp leh, like not level.. By the way, u mind if can PM me your unit and allow me to visit?

Sure, but no one is working today.. The door is locked! I just went yesterday, the tiling is completed, but my hubby and I not happy with the tiling job, we feel that the edges are not sealed properly, can feel some edges.. Can anyone advise me for homo tiles how do we determind that the tiling job is good or bad? Cos if i compare against the marble tiling of my own home, it is a big difference.. Anyway, i feedback to my ID already, he say he will go and check..

Sungei Kadut if no own transport, DUN GO! Last sat, I went with my hubby, we took cab to Sungei Kadut, very ulu.. Go there, want to go and choose our bedframe, but we forgot to bring the invoice and address, then walk and walk.. Want to go to other shops, but like machiam we 2 pple only! Then we dun dare go in.. So end up we went there and see nothing, then want to find a cab to come out, got NONE!!! Have to walk all the way to a residential area takes 25 mins... Faint!

I think lay homo tiles, the cement screed must be done together with the tiles and not separately.. Thanks.. But must wish linggie, sparey & elaine hubby first.. they 20th.. Gadgetgal, I didn't do any cement screed, i opt for all homo tiles from living & the rooms, but after the tiles are laid, my ID told me about this problem, I went to see yesterday, really shorter than the kitchen tiles by abit.. He will do something to the kitchen entrance there, like a hump or something lah to cover the uneveness.. I also dunno why like that, is it normal? Anyone have same problem??

Probably those with cement screeding by HDB will pay lower right? I read from somewhere.. By the way, yesterday, my ID called me and told me that my living room flooring will not be at the same height as the kitchen floor, to level them, need to cut the door and gate.. Anyone here have the same problem?

Jasch / Happy, HDB gave us 2 lighting points in the kitchen... I took all white for my kitchen.. Taking a big risk.. haha.. 2 years down the road become yellow kitchen..
