just an advice... - if u r going to Balestier to buy lightings, remember to check out the market rate for the lights first before you go. Also, eg. if u have chosen ur lights, say total cost is $1200, the shop say give u discount of $100 off the total bill, dont be too happy to accept it. its better u ask for the discount item by item, instead of total discount - if ur ID is arranging u to meet ur electrician, also check out the price too, cos the electrician may over quote u. U need to check out what is the market price for eg.adding 2socket points, shifting scv points etc. My electrician quoted me $1200 for the house.. i didnt negotiate it and say ok, can la.. lucky my ID helped me to negotiate it on the spot hope this can help alot of pple here. remember to negotiate, ask for discount!

Combine household income need $6000 and above then can go if single go, must be 35years and above if couple go, the husband must be 28years and above,the wife's age doesnt matter If were to go again, i still will go la, keke (for the $100 voucher)

no sliding door, no dining bench but got dining wall with mirror and laminate

yup, most companies give at least 1 design to let u have a feel on the design before u sign the dotted line. paints almost done, took some photos dining area, half way done

mine is - 12 PLC lights (10W,double) - cost abt $30/per - 1 "square cake" in mbr - 2 "pizza" in 2 other rooms - 2 "buns" in 2 toilets - 2 "burger" in kitchen - 1 "drumstick" in bomb shelter damage $920..is it reasonable?
