hehe i just got back from balestier too so if u less away ur mbr light, ur damage is abt $1000 right? i feel that my total lighting cost is abit exp leh.. do u find that the price ok for u? do u have dining area hanging light?

but actually hor..during my 2nd appt with Baroque (1st apt is to tell them what i want,2nd apt quote out).they r the only company that provide me the most drawings..4 pieces of 3D drawings leh. Even if repeated also nvm la, cos customers will change the laminates etc, so the drawings still have to be changed eventually the other ID companies provide me only 1-2.. some even worst, 3D drawings without colour so i m not v fussy abt the drawings la keke !! have ur reno start already? hows everything for u..?

yup mine was stated in the contract every single details too...the FOC items, the length of the carpentry etc nowadays sign contract everything stated down clearly already, even in bridal package, everything also stated clearly !!

oh ok.. hehe for me its ok la, i got total of 3 living room design, 2 foyer design, 2 dining area design, 1 kitchen cabinet design, 2 shoe cabinet design and 2 bedhead design. Almost half of the re-draw 3D designs are according to my instructions... i guess if u dont want the design, u can ask them to re-draw de. ya i agreed some ID firms use repeated drawings for customers, quite common ba.. met my ID on wed,almost got the new 3D drawings,but he need it back to do the carpentry. i will try to get the 3D drawings back on next week.

hi jasch, i will not be at my hse on sat,maybe other day ba yesterday wanted to take some photos,but the weather not so good,the hse quite dark,didnt manage to take photos, will see if i can take today

so can i say that the mkt rate for installation of 1 PLC light is abt $30 right? (include wiring in the L box. excluding the cost of the PLC light itself)

Then will be meeting my ID to discuss the final 3D drawings of the carpentry.. going to start soon loh !!

didnt calculate how many psf for my 4room, cos mine is a package of $12,333 for 4 room so eg. no matter its 600 psf or 700 psf for the whole 4 room, its still the same price

ops, sorry paiseh, my contract states this "Masonry Works (max. Tiles rate S $ 2.50 to 3.00 per sqft )" meaning that the quote will not change no matter i chose $2.5 or $3 / sqft
