You have been conned... Sleepnetics is a local Singapore brand. Their website was only registered on October 07, 2014, only 1 year ago. If you look at their website carefully, it also says "As a brand that is going to be incorporated in the United States, SLEEPNETICS". They have not even registered the brand in the US yet, nor do they have any physical presence in the United States. If you click on their store locator, they have placed their logo all over the world map but there is no physical address to verify their presence in those markets. They only have Singapore local presence. This is illegal and should be reported to the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore as they are misleading people to think Sleepnetics is a US brand with worldwide presence when in fact Sleepnetics is a Singapore brand. You can do you part to stop false advertising by lodging a complaint at https://asas.org.sg/onlinecomplaint

Do an ACRA search before buying if you will be spending a lot of money. There are many $1 or $2 furniture companies out there.
