hi guys, need your advise.. Can you tell me what is the consequences if i postpone the first appointment?? I check with the buyer they say they gonna get lawyer letter if i postpone the 1st appointment. hmm, is it really im in the disadvantage here? is there really no option that i have to listen to the buyer?? if they really get a lawyer then can the buyer get the compensation they want? if it is so, do you guys know how much? im curious.. what about the seller side, anything i can do to avoid the compensation?

I was so keen to buy enbloc when i heard the news there's 1 in ghim moh. i rush down to toh payoh hdb for enquiry. I was so happy when the indian helpdesk told me " you can go ahead to buy the enbloc. so without time wasting. i went to see the agent and immediately place the deposit. few weeks later i got a letter from hdb saying im not eligible to buy enbloc unit as i did not fulfill 5 years parent grand wish i took. i just completed 3 years before i appeal to sell the flat and got approved. but didnt know and toh payoh hdb sui people told me i can buy.. furious i went to hdb trying to find the culprit who tell me the wrong info. but the culprit very smart. she went missing.. probably the hdb send her into hiding already.. . nvm, i went down to meet mp and get endorsement letter but still failed. the hdb insists that i meet 5years contract. **** ****.. knn.. knn chao chi bai

well you can always find somewhere near holland what. ghim moh oso nice place.. my first home at tiong bahru.. good place but lose intereset oredy... holland now the best.. guess will be staying there till i k.o. heeheee. hopefully they dun touch the wet market.. . wet market must stay!! thats another reason i love holland

wow.. i dun think you have tat much choice here since you oredy sign the contract. if you forfeit you lose so why not let the contractor do atleast 30% of your reno cost. see if he really sincere want to reno your place or con u. then again why the heck hdb suspend like that.. hmm i think you better check with hdb. gd luck!
