    hi, that depends on the width of ur washer n the hdb pipe location, mine just nice can fit in, and the remaining area put a small sink + cabinet.

    did a quick check at the progress as my ID is away for a week, don wan any screw up. bed room 2 & MBR entrance hacked, new entrance erected, waiting for electrician to relocate the switches. view from MBR all tiles & materials arrived worker overlaying master toilet tiles sink removed, ready to add shower kerb to common toilet

    Bugged HDB for a week, finally got Reno permit approved. electrician confirmed. Today started hacking! ID ask me to show him the wardrobe lights so that he can talk to carpenter how to incorporate it in the design, i went down to ikea & purchased the wardrobe sensor lights, not cheap but my frd has been using them for a while without issue. hopefully same for us!

    went to Hafary with ID to choose tiles, got this with slight warmth for living n hallway. choose the tiles to match the initial 3D drawing

    went ikea to hunt for furniture. found this cabinet just nice can fit below our dining room window also found this toilet cabinet to fit at MBR toilet entrance, size just nice 40cm

    got another stainless steel sink for laundry area, will put beside the washer at service yard, good for hand wash clothes got a lot of WMF n Zwilling kitchen items from NTUC

    hi, it used to be like tat, but last year oct HDB announced they no longer provide screeding on "goodwill" basis and starting 1st june 2015 they will required prepacked cement screed, price is almost double. they announced on their website last year, not sure if they remove it.

    view from MBR view from living room view from dining went JB & bought this simple design sofa with acacia Belgium fabric (water n dirt repellent) i saw a similar one at Parkmall - V furniture for double the price =\ this sofa seat can be slide out and headrest can be raised, ottoman (on the left) comes with hydraulic storage as well water repellent & high rub durability chose light grey to match our theme
