    black galaxy granite top for kitchen, MBR toilet and service yard installed (almost done). very fast. measured on Saturday, today came liao please ignore the ugly HDB "feature" 3 colour tiles...gonna paste white glass over them, remember to ask for crystal white glass not just normal white, or else u will get a green tint. tempered glass for cooking area. discussed with granite guy on where to place the joint line, he said this is the least obvious. so total 3 pieces for 6+m of granite top bought this Kohler 780 faucet from amazon, they drilled the hole too small, should drill 35mm instead of 25mm now it appears that the sink is small, maybe becos its under mount n its split into 2, should have gotten a even bigger one (maybe 1m length)

    Have to wall mount it since need to wash the service yard floor, durable or not depending on carpenter skill n material quality but I'm sure it will be fine since it's only small sink with a cabinet below.

    oh, rmb u should choose those none texture type (3d but flat) for table top or else u will have hard time writing on ur table

    notice this room is not scandinavian theme, ID suggested more modern feel, else the whole house full of wood =p so we picked this fabric like laminate again, you wldn realise the design problem until u started using the product, but this case, i discovered early. when the wardrobe full height doors near the WIW entrance opens, it will hit the aircon, max 80% opening. A design flaw, and also we didn anticipate this...so we'll just let it be...

    Drawers installed for parent's study + vanity table parent's wardrobe door installed. looks complete now, other than the right side(space below the beam), which will be painted white, the internal space is still accessible via the last door. walk in wardrobe occupies the entire room (ok less the study corner near the window) missing full height mirror next to the window view from window

    back to shoe cabinet...goto wait for new cabinet to come...on hold for now. earlier i also requested carpenter to provide ventilation for the shoe cabinet, we don wanna die smelling our shoes top view, cut out to allow ventilation of our smelly shoes MBR toilet kitchen cabinet doors & drawer installed, sink side with top cabinet, notice the drip tray is centre of the top cabinet, i think it looks more balance (rather than offset to one side. i specifically requested carpenter to shift the sink away from the window as i need working space aka to move my arms around. stove side, i choose horizontal wood grain rather than vertical as it give a sense of space and make the small kitchen looks bigger flip up cabinet, becos of the space constraint, i spent hours discussing with carpenter how to layout this part of the cabinet, the tray is 900mm, the remainder of the 1200mm will be small storage space.

    take a nicer photo with proper lighting storage....yeah we need a lot here the design i told the carpenter to do, grove at top n bottom, so i can slot in the glass without any hinges, downside, its heavy n need 2 suction cup to work (glass panel is 1.2mx03.m) TV feature wall with 3 speaker point, one way glass for console is yet to be in place display ledge height too low, adjusted white wood laminate for tv console, didn choose black cos its easier to spot dust

    of course...where got reno with no screw up one...i present to u my shoe-display cabinet looks ok right? now look at the opening height vs the cat's eye on my main door.... now compare to the design drawing... the opening is too low...i goto bend down to put my stuff...goto redo...lucky the cabinet wasnt glue to the wall yet...feedback to ID...he said carpenter need to redo the whole cabinet...no choice...if its wrong..it has to change...

    since its carpentry days, goto spot check everyday... tv feature wall done pardon the image quality, low light at 7pm kitchen cabinet up sink also installed, thats quite fast i request the carpenter to provide additional support for the big sink, u can see the horizontal plank below the sink.

    walk-in-wardrobe left is full room length wardrobe, my wife has a lot of clothes & bags... my wardrobe, smaller, need space for study table near the window request do a accessories tray, carpenter give me 2 of these 1 drawer taken by the MBR tv console.

    wardrobe time parent's wardrobe pull out tray for bottom drawers, can use leg, no need bend down, idea by ID openings between shelves for my ikea sensor light 3m long study + vanity table for my parents

TV feature wall + console (PS4 time) notice those vents below the tv console, i request carpenter to provide ventilation so my appliances wldn overheat, the circular hole for my subwoofer cables my most expensive & hopefully most attractive piece of carpentry - living room display cabinet (i goto advice the carpenter how to do open shelve display with glass door without seeing the hinges ) wires for LED strip sadly the display cabinet wldn flush with the wall, carpenter's advice, cos the wall is not straight, flushing cabinet with wall might not look nice
