Hi jj2, u can try to open the side panel door (the main door). Coz mine is stick on the side panel when we open up everything including the gate side panel. Hope u can find it.

Hi Xlan, i oso notice. Was toking to my mum over the fone at my blk, certain area reception very bad till the conversation being cut off.. I tink maybe our estate too many pillars, tat y no reception heehee Hi Simpleboi, u soo lucky. My unit got lots of defects leh. even the metal gate got problem. the one part of the design on the metal gate came off... so pissed off. Certain item they given are rusty. yeah ladies beware. Better have someone accompany u when go on site. Coz certain places in our estate still being cover up and ppl can hide there.

Hi xlan, understand that you have the isolator problem. May i noe how to check the isolator?? Coz after we get the key we suppose to check the defects mah. Normally we will juz check those we can see one. but isolator how to check? *scratch head* Do we have to use special device to check?

Think they can do the flooring without cutting the gate n door. I have seen some units (not at our estate) where they build something like a step there to avoid cutting. Been to a few show flat at our area, trying to recall, seems llike they did not cut the gate n door. The floor is level. hm....

I have gone to the show flat. But the carpentary not up yet. Only manage to see their tiling works. I feel its so so only. But the desiger we tok to abit blow trumpet. Anyway tat reno co is located near the bend into CTE there. Hear the desiger claim tat the showflat they gave lots of freebies to the owner and the co earn very little margin from it. Owner actuali overlay the toliet tiles, i blur blur thought HDB gave us black color toliet tiles hahaha.
