Binzz (Sat is after 3 pm, this sun will go there with parents for awhile) + 26D unit available for viewing too.. (Lights are up today, so no worries if late afternoon) T&C same as xlan, dun scribble on lift ah... We are internal showflats.. haha.. 7. carzycar & lovey (Sat after 3 pm, Sun after 1 pm) 8. Hi, Wow u got $1,550 for $3/psq tiles! Mine max is $2.80/psq tiles and I got quoted $1,800+ for living and dining! Although it comes with cement screeding and skirting, but did I get chopped for the flooring? Hmm, not sure if able to choose good flooring then.. since only $2.80

Hi, The price of my quote is around 10k I not doing false ceiling or L-Box or feature walls.. and no haulage.. Only doing kitchen cabinet, painting whole house and also doing windows grille and all homogeneous tiles for living dining shelter bedrooms.. Thats bout all.. so a simple reno actually coz budget.. Is the quote fine? Btw, can I go to your unit take a look, want to know also how the reno from Baroque is like Thanks As stated in the above, around 10k.. not doing toilet and wardrobe too.. and not overlaying any tiles Only supply labour to fix accessories and piping etc Thanks

Hi all, Went to look at my flat again today.. Did more checks and found that the water that I turned on last week were still around in the kitchen.. the gradient prob not right.. so called the BSC down to have a look.. they will raise the flooring to allow the water to flow to the drainage etc.. Another one is that my main door.. the rubber.. came out.. and unable to close the door.. I can put it in but then it became loose.. Hopefully I didnt miss anything out Btw.. I intend to sign with Baroque.. any comments for this ID?

I cannot seem to open it.. coz it will be stuck.. and dare not pull too hard.. Otherwise may break? Hi, After so long, only today then HDB process the HLE and inform me for payslips.. thats after few weeks of calling and asking them when can get keys.. So which means have to wait again.. for dunno how many weeks.. before collection of keys.. Anybody knows how long will have to wait and how long will the HLE process take?

Hi! Yayyyy!! Another neighbour! For the keys, you can check your status at the HDB Webpage, unders My HDBPage.. If there is no key collection date..u can call ur customer service manager or HDB etc to ask them bout it.. coz our block will be getting the keys already starting from this week If u can see this thread.. a lot of pple will be getting keys liao.. so happy for them I am still waiting for my key collection date.. I called in the afternoon and she say will process mine and inform me So best is do call and hurry them if want to get the keys asap

My HLE expired on 23rd Oct, which i yesterday.. shld I resubmit again...or they can extend..as still quite new? Wow..open door also got auspicious time.. guess must choose a time too kekeke

I just called HDB today...they couldn't inform me when able to collect the keys.. also doesnt know a period etc.. Hmm...haiz..it seems unable to move in immediately after actual day etc.. Oh well.. still cant wait to get the keys ASAP..although still havent found and confirmed a renovator / ID etc.. Btw think for delaying keys can just inform the officer etc..and arrange another date.. Still looking for a good ID keke..
