Hi SKY I have recorded down what that tiler told me and will tell her all his excuses. My friend, ex ID, came and see my tiles. Told me probably the granites mix. (two different crate). One lighter and one darker with orangie. Unacceptable by any standard. HAPPY

Yes, I do agreed with your id that the tone will not be uniform but will have slighty uneven colour. How to accept this? They say will disappeared over time. We going to move in by mid May. Left only 1 month time. That is why we have to push them to change. If we let them decide, then this matter will not solve and by mid May, we will have no choice but to move in. Can I see your floor tiles?

Hi MAKE Yeah, I agreed. But not to the extend that it changed to darken tiles right? If it is moderate eg. a bit dark and abit light, then still acceptable. But for me case, the tiles is black in colour. Will you accept it? HAPPY

Before chemical wash, already dark tiles, last tuesday they wash the whole floor (as I requested as I need to see the whole floor tiles), still the same. Some do faded in the middle but not the side...very slow...the rest still the same. Some return to the dark colour! So your aunt granite ok after 6 months???

Before I ordered, I have ask a few times, "Any problems with the tiles", they reply: "No Problem". Anyway my id will help to change all those affected tiles. Keep my finger cross.

Granite and marble seem to be a 'live' stone. They s.uck up water as if they are thirsty. They drink whatever liquid you accidentally drip to their face!

Oh...the hss door is metal and I think they cannot use normal paint to paint the metal door. I dont know chargable or not. Will ask my id. Aiyo...my reno stalled due to granite problems! Hope can get it down fast!

To Granite Expert I notice my ganite tiles has dark patch all over 1 tiles and it stay there for almost 1 month. What causes this dark patch? Seem like to wont return to its original states. Please advise and thanks. HAPPY
