hi all, I have decided not to use my ID's recommended P.E, those who have done hacking in TPY blk 79, or going to hack yet need P.E endorsement, can you give me your P.E contact? I have a website of all the P.E namelist in Singapore http://www.peb.gov.sg/peb/process/searchPe but there are different type of engineers, not sure which type is the one for HDB hacking, so to be safe, i better ask the one who you neighbours have engaged before. hi, may I know how much did you pay for the glass circular tap? ok thanks... i have seen the square version. It cost a little more, my prospect ID (not current ID) wants to bluff me into buying this at $750. I have seen a shop along Balestier ( if i m not wrong, run by China boss), sell these type of taps rather cheap..wonder if they are imitation. ur version cost $96-$110.

hey thanks for your reply, i got my quote as well. 2 panel windows at $210..freaking ex. material is some poly--duno what, 100% blackout, waterproof and doesnt cease. but had a 20% discount overall... so it works out to be about $170 for 1 roller blind. freaking ex.....don't u think so?

Try not to commit to those who need deposit. this amt easy to give, very hard to take back. some offered to draw only for $100, some are free. if u really want to see their drawing, make it black and white in the receipt then your cash can be refunded if you don't engage them, most firms will let u exchange for electronics appliances, but no point, u know y? cos' if u pay $500 for example, they will exchange u with less than $500 worth of things, in many cases, u have to top up.. then when u see this electronic app elsewhere,u will jaw drop at its retail price... : / many people reco Jimmy textiles at Tanjong Katong Complex. eh, let me visualize, though am not hungry... ur PLC lights are ex, cos ours were 13W double, less than $30. the square cake, is glass cake or acrylic or hamberger cake? makes a lot of difference... did u get any hanging dining light?

Alister paid $24.50, I paid $29 3rd,My halogen is $23 for 1. urs? 4th, how much is ur hamburger? 5th, is ur rect lights, glass type? 2 tubes or 3 tubes? 6th, T5 light, length? ---- and yes, talking about warranty. I was told by an uncle in this trade...just to share with all of u. if let's say your downlight or whatever bulb is fused within the warrant period, pls dun ask them to send people down to ur house to take a look. for all u may know, yes the bulb is replaced for 'free' but he charge u $30 transportation. $30 can buy duno how many bulbs, if u have the time, bring the spoilt bulb down, then let them test for u. cos sometimes it is not the bulb that is spoilt but something else, ie wiring etc. choose a weekend where there is customer, if they dun replace a working new one, you can qiao luo da gu, he will sure change for u. lose a bulb or lost many potential customers? you know the answer. paiseh, i heard too many stories until I am scared. so paying more for assurance. ------- what is the difference between eygpt S4 crystal, and china crystal? of cos I know swakroski crystal is the most expensive one. i saw one dining light (those ball shape type), at Nan Huat selling at $1K+ but a similiar one selling at $500+ at geylang..why such difference? different grade crystal? how to tell by naked eye?

hmm... no la, dun change to hamburger, i have no choice than take hamburger lights but hamburger very lasting leh..lol. since you choose the sq one, let it be bah, very nice wor, just that I dont have budget to spend more on lightings already. i chose hamberger becos of my partner one sentence, do u look at ur lights when u poo. that is the answer le. I think u do overlay for ur toilet right? then dun change. mine is obiang orbit HDB orange toilet, so goes well with hamburger. even my household shelter light also hamburger.. I have 3 burgers.. can open burger king already!

hahha...like that, neigbours who havent buy lights must treat me kopi and i should treat alister da ge bigger kopi. haiya, my unit 'open' 2 times already, and I dun have a habit to buy 4d...Tsk Tsk. father in law laughed at me twice already.
