Late to the party but better late than never! Don't think we should be complacent about formaldehyde from MDF in Singapore. According to http://www.myfurniture.com.sg/101/wood-furniture-glossary.php#MDF, there appears to be no rules governing formaldehyde emissions here!

You can DIY using white cement. My house sink got detached as well, and I bought those cement to fill the gaps! No issues, but don't overload anymore hahaha.

Anybody tried good catering services? Is neogarden as good as the advertisments?

Remember to check if the walls are aligned too. Sometimes is not parallel to each other for whatever reason. Although they might not seem like a problem now, but when you start putting furniture in, they might cause some issue.

I think walking 5-10 mins is pretty near to the MRT station. Anything more than that is far. Some pathways are well sheltered (eg. shelters, trees, MRT tracks) and straight, so it makes walking seem easier than cutting through blocks and having turning paths...
