Erm, what I can see from my renovation is that they will give you work process chart for you to monitor the work progress which I think all renovation film shall provide and I was call up to do checks for the item completed as well by them which I like most instead of asking to pay and jobs delayed by other company's and end up we are the ones who suffer if there is no time line given and we pay blindly. And also can your clarify the complaint you referring?

actually there is quite a lot good ones but you need to narrow down whether prices matters or service matters. lastly is the chemistry and the comfort level they able to give you. for myself I first go with ID agree on a lot of things but renovation gonna start MIA hard to reach lucky deposit pay little, then last go ahead with my contractor providing prompt reply and get thing on time. its depends on individual which suit you. high price sure service good, low price maybe service no good but craftsmanship good? gd luck!

No comment for the above as I try contacting the above mention before my full renovation carry out recently. No sight no reply no pick up that why I give a pass and found my own trustworthy contractor to carry out the important installation.

I believe that bto should be equipped with sufficient power output for your use as normally they will overpower the circuit in case of upgrading next time as I am an engineer in profession so I doubt Hdb won't cut their future plans and if u are seeking for commerical application to house in it your kitchen then u required to install a standalone isolator for the power you require.

Advise is approach a singapore registered company with invoice issue for job works so anything you got prove also. Electrical not a fun to play thing so best get pen down black and white. Everyone's wants to earn from the pie but contractor price is always different from our end consumer prices. It's depends how your contractor gonna help you this what I can think of. My advise is get a reliable contractor and you proceed from there if your contractor helping you to save.

maybe u can provide the area size of your intend to hack and retile area item 6 permit is a tactic that they chop your money, understand from my contractor which they themselves is a HDB registered contractor which the permit issue will be a click away and its not chargeable to we consumer. item 7 kitchen cabinet should be 110-120 per feet run item 8 solid top is 80+ per feet run Quartz is 90+ per feet run
