Hi Edensmon, sorry to hear that bro/sis. just to share my experience, i have a synthetic leather bedframe which is using plywood + meranti wood wrap with synthetic leather and it turns mouldy.. to be frank it was kept in my storeroom for a period its due to humidity and moisture weather in singapore that caused it happened.. don't expect too much quality on prices you paid for those craps furniture..

hi all, come on please don't be dupe by those "REALLY GOOD COMMENTS".. certain things are cheap i agree, if you going for rental and it cost $100-$200 seems ok.. will you spend more than $200 on something you even feel it physically? i doubt so.. its not like Phone which everyone is using.. good luck for those who trusted good good comments..

Hi siewkin79, aww thats sucks. ah should have text youu earlier not to get the mattress / divan bed.. rather you get display set dinings or sofas instead. might be better.. take it as a lesson. there is alot dishonest and no integrity retailers not only in johor.. local also too.. i really hope this people close down quick..

Hi dreamoka, It depends on what is your preference, ceramic / SS sink? overmount / under mount depends how you see it. undermount sink outlook is nicer and excess water flowing on table top make it easier to wipe off to sink.. overmount sink are place on top of table top and having sealants on the side, over time sealant turn colors and grow mould but when sink breaks you able to change easily.. Make an effort to visit stores to check the items prices and quality yourself.

Hi SmartDummy, These days wooden storage bed frame using hydraulic lift isn't common anymore. if you do need it, check out at those carpentry works with german gas hydraulic.. of course if you willing to pay the amount of having good and solid quality go ahead with those teak / red wood furnitures..

Hi ssathesh, FYI, upholstery a sofa cost might be more expensive or almost the cost of buying a new one. you might want to check around the prices for the upholstery on those shophouses factory. the reason why does people upholstery their current sofa because they couldn't find any sofa as comfortable like their current one.

Hi diamondsmum, yup mostly sofa are from msia, china and other countries.. local yes? yup alittle.. if you get direct "might be cheaper" but do take note you are responsible for the freights, warranty not covered etc.
