that's true...even though if HDB is willing to redo all my hollow tiles and redo all the parquet.........how to shift out all the furniture?? Unless u move out den they come and they den u move in again lor....... sigh.........**** HDB....... Anyone got problem with hollow tiles? or just problems with parquet? Anyway, been long since i seen u all liao.....how is everyone?

my parquet flooring also getting several hollow spots liao......sians.....and some of my hall tiles are also hollow liao....... Wonder wat is going on?? our floors sinking?!?!?

oh ya! am using SH BB @ home.....but the reception quite poor. Had to literally put the dongle on my window sill to get good reception else will DC frequently. Was thinking to change to M1 BB but.....heard it ain't too good... Problem is i change to M1 for my mobile svc and the reception is much better liao........

WXB ah, that time play with him stress sia..... i think i got it for about 200 to 300 plus i think. but very very good...until now i never clean it or empty the water @ from the drainage tray before and no rust. But combine with the 3M stainless steel cleaner, it is goot goot de. yea......where is everybody.....heehee......u still recitifying things?! after 1 year they still entertain you?

Man it is has been ages since i last long in sia and very happy to see many of u all still active in here for rust, if it is truly stainless steel, it will never rust. unless it is very low grade ones i got a song cho (the chicken brand) dish rack and even i never wipe before, now still no rust or stains and they come with life time warranty i think as for the painting, it is for sample for the residents to see at 1st one den vote........but i think RC canceled the public voting la Beng kuan, better get the termite or insects out fast ......else later move into your sidings den die liao and no i dun think the right turn will resolve anything......problem is that there is only 1 exit..............and yes........it has been discussed to get another exit.......but u know........govt..............usually kinda not so efficent la hahaha

Wah lao my SH recept @ home cannot make it sia, am thinking to change to ST or M1 liao. SH can only make calls if i'mm standing by the window. Which one do u think is better in terms of reception?

Hmm........lucky for me my neighbours upstairs dun drip water one...but the ones above them do.........so i only hang out clothes out when the upstairs neighbour hang out........haha sort of like a filter for me. but most of the time, i hang my clothes inside the kitchen.....but v hard to dry to hang for a few days MJ already started liao loooooo As for furniture........i think it will be good to do your homework as to where to buy and the feedback. I have heard of many horror stories which the things look v good @ the showroom but when time to delivery it, it is always delayed. I got my things from Star Furniture and i am very glad i did. Furniture was v prompt and aftersales service is pretty good also. Go to the one @ Sungei Kadut where their warehouse is located. As for FT living in our blocks, i think they are already holding pink IC liao. That is why they can buy flats. As for subletting, i also dunno leh. wah i so long never log in so many updates liao hahaha i think...........if there is any cases like that, just pick up the phone and call the police............cause imagine they receive so many calls from the residents, they will sure know the area got problem. Else all diam diam they will think everything is ok. As for the "Little India" thingy, they are constructing a "reacreational" area for them further in the industrial estate, around Soon Lee Road which there will be stores for them to buy things and "pinic" Will it really work? I hope so.
