-
Wah!! Then i also wun be paiseh when i request them to re-do too....
-
Err... any idea how many times a typical 3D drawing can be revised? I'm scared tt i'm seemed to be a picky person although we are the ones who paid them...
-
Nono... it was yesterday, not today.

Changing minds on tiles?

Yo, Hobbes... Mine's a 2 person grp though i saw one person on Mon afternoon lehz. I think they may have started on late monday (we left @ 3+ and they are doing screeding still), and today went in @ abt 3+ also. But then, the MBR bathrm tiling had not started yet. Don't worry, yrs shd be up soon le. Wall tiles @ kitchen are ID's sugg. He was saying tiles lay vertically and then cabinets laminates lines are horizontally. I think (if i recall correctly) my mbr bathrm tiles are horizontally. Ours are opp directions. Are you doing tiling for living rm also? At least in blue wor. I saw some beige and other odd odd colors around some unit owners. But then, since it's done up, no need to spend more $ like us. You can spend it on winkplay. Btw, the white tiles next to the black ones are the same pattern, just tt it's white in color. Can click on it? I dunno how to post those big big pics lehz. Using imageshack and even though i didnt tick the 'resize' button, came out still like that.

Was so kancheong i went back hm and ate a slice, it's liddat mahz. Cheesecakes have a bit of sour-ness due to the cheese right? Btw, which area is the pit? Cross the bridge then walk straight? or left or right? Dotz. Bus 27 arriving liaoz. Next bus 11 mins. Can let me surf more RT before walking down.

I had some kueh and some cheesecake for my tilers since i dropped by there b4 gg hm... they said got a cake sour de. I went to saw and its the cheesecake de. The other tiler (there were 2 there), said he dunno hw to appreciate gd stuff. Think he meant cheesecake are supposed to be a bit sour. Luckily only a few slices.

Hee. Thank you! But i didnt know can see 3D before tiling starts. Arghh.. To Hobbes: Shd be diff grp... cant be running up and down. Hee... Waiting for your revised 3Ds also. Yah.. they suddenly seemed swamped... Pray everything swee swee... Err... got difference? Perhaps may still go for sotong legs... for sotong me. Pictures time... Some scribbling spotted during my walkabout just now. Tiling @ kitchen is done... Currently doing tiling for common bathrm. BunBun, this is for you. Hope its clear... pardon my photography skills...

So early... Missed the otahs le... Who do I pay huh? And how much? We're splitting up the rest of the costs right?
-
paiseh, sotong me.

Can lah... $2.70 per day for 1 yr = 1k le.
-
The arched doorway + Jap sliding doors + platform inside = Love your kitchen layout too !! 2 windows makes the whole kitchen looks so bright.

Okies Apple... as per your advice... (nah, i read up past treads on this sink also)... so i went to Hoe Kee to get the metra9 sink - in black (some a-spelling name which i do not recall now)... Confirmed the longbath too. Just these 2 items already took me 1/2 a day. Can't imagine how the rest are to be handled. Can someone shed some light on the rainshower thingy? Assuming the same water pressure, will the flow of water for the square/rectangle rainshower head be 'stronger' than the octopus aka sotong legs (or flower) kind? Hoe Kee said no difference unless if it's low pressure (then she'll recommend those pointed tips ones). But my friend who's in this line said the sotong legs not 'strong' enough... I like the sotong legs one wor.

Haiya. I sotong again. What i supposed to put is tt the concrete slabs are in.... @ my foyer liao. So if say i wanna go for integrated sink, ID will take out the cost of the concrete support from my quotation lor... then add in integrated sink cost....
-
Okok... thanks.
-
Thanks Applefreak. I love them too... think my hubby also said not bad. But then, he simi also said not bad. So dunno is it towards the good or the bad. Paiseh paiseh... i typo. Shd be i will save $500+ (cost of concrete support quoted) if gg for integrated support...
-
Hi jon_g9, Is it possible for you to take a pic of the tall cabinet you have in yr kitchen? I'm having one too but no idea how to do up the insides....
-
Hi Goh, Can share how much is the WC you paid? Is it with the anti-slam cover?
-
Steven also told us to get the longbath and sink in by next Wed. We went coz we haven bought anything. Luckily, longbath easier to choose coz there's not much for a hdb unit - ours is 1500 by 700 max. Hopefully can confirm tomorrow with friend who's doing sanitary stuff on a p/t basis. Need to chk w SSC on an item before i can confirm... Sink no problem. Going to get the metra (?) 9 after reading the reviews here... ID also called just now and said for the metra9 price +, we can do integrated sink liao... and then can save $ for the concrete support. Think think think, still prefer metra9 coz hubby and i are the clumsy kind and if suddenly dropped something heavy into the integrated sink, cham liao. Got to redo wor. So i still prefer to go for metra 9 (undermount) w concrete support. Nice of ID to tell me of this considering the concrete (for the sink support) is already in and he can keep quiet and earn that $500+ more. Err... upclose? I dun dare to take nearer coz it will reflect back the light (coz of it's surface). Hee hee... when it's up, i try to get a pic can? Can see the background flower motiffs in the above pic mah? Or lagi better, once hse up, invite you over. But gonna be next yr K lah, i try to take a better pic next time.
