Hihi, A bit of side track here... hope TS dun mind... Was wondering if it's feasible to just chg the locks on the existing windows or/and to chg the grilles. Still cant make up my mind as i'd approached a few contractors and some say cant chg the locks only and some say better chg the windows+locks. I believed got a forummer also told me can just chg the glass only. Is it more feasible to just chg the whole windows instead? I can decide on the grilles on another time as I had forgotten to take note of their conditions - its a corridor resale unit, thus the headache on either windows/grilles/locks.

Applefreak, i'm back from Hm-fix. The staff there claimed not sure. She chked w another staff who said it is included. I dun feel safe so i called the sales rep from Eubiq who called me last time. He said no leh. Luckily I double checked with them.... Makes a big difference whether installed or not lehz. Anyway, after i spoke to this chap, he said there's a stainless steel version which he sells to the IDs de. I will email him for the quote on customisation tonight - dunno why office internet cannot access hotmail. Will get from him the pic and send to you if you want. He said since Hm-fix has 10%, he'll match it wif installation. Makes me feel like bargaining for more but not that daring. Perhaps can get hubby to bargain with him if we are taking the stainless steel - to match with the normal track's price (a diff of abt $15).
