Haha for my case can be considered overhaul coz I change all my floor and wall tiles. So many defects here and there especially the toilet walls. Mine took a long time because CNY is near the corner and they are stopping work for so long. Ya windows very stiff and i also need to change two panes of the window coz got internal crack sian......

Can i check the ID did the 3D pic for you free of charge or at a cost? If at a cost, how much is it? Then how do u get the IDs to do a 3D pic? Usually they give only quotations....

Is it the most window panels or the largest window area? As seen from the floormap above, I should take my compass reading from the balcony (no window at present but going to install) or bedroom 3 (having the most window panels) By the way, I forgot how to use a compass. Can anyone teach me how to use a compass? Is there any other additional requirements that I need to take in order to have my house fengshui read accurately? Sorry for being noob.

Aiya HDB contractors are like this. They always messed up things. I last Sat went down to my house and was very frustrated that they got the colour of my toilet floor tile wrongly. In the end, I call the supervisor and screw him up to hack away the wrong floor tile and replace with my desired color. I also call HDB officer to complain. By the way what happens to ur bedroom doors that they replaced a new one for u?

Wah u so fast wan to install hood n hob ah? For ur info, HDB will rectify ur defects if it is still in original shape. If u install hood or hob they can claim ur contractors make the defects. So it is advisable to install later. I also delay my hood and hob delivery, wait until HDB clear my defects first.

No i never take pink kitchen floor i only take pink wall tile coz i dun like white colour tile in kitchen. At first i wan take pink floor tile but the HDB say cannot he says too rough for kitchen floor so i used the peach kitchen floor one. Where u stay? maybe can pop in to see ur ID's bases.
