67sqm not small meh..duno whether my place later got the upgrading or not..maybe me get from ikea also as going for a 2 panel windows in the MBR only..save $ lor aiya too late we rented 1 month liao lor..paid rental + deposit nvm stay till early july...was now only deciding on the days to move..think 4 July 08 like a good day..ask shifu 1st btw i got my 1st month PUB charges liao $24.90 + $100 deposit cheap or not huh? hahahhahhaha er so so 1 la..cos i just get the same design for study but smaller then i realised not bright enough leh..ID was suggesting that i take the 1 in the kitchen (cos husb complained that kitchen not bright enough) and put it in WIW and buy a more brighter 1 for kitchen..but the kitchen is 36W x 2 ..wouldnt it be too bright for a WIW (just a storeroom size)?? ID will be giving me a full length mirror in WIW..hahah save my $$

MBR Study room MBR Toilet WIW (sliding door closed) WIW (sliding door open) this is the SS tray for kitchen cabinet..very smooth sliding.. the main door and room door i think same same..just added some metal stripes to main door nia..2 laminate enough liao..mix n match too many looked over crowded leh..cos mine will be zen so walnut colour is the best..you see the white laminate actually is little cream white with gold dust and glossy surface..i dun like pure white but roy said need to match with white, therefore choosen this... me too..kekekek like the bronze floral design..really very nice leh and match with black also with some gold dust laminate.. show liao la...be patient la..cannot upload too many pics in 1 post leh target to move in between 4-6 July..i think i will be earlier than you cos my place small also ma..reno will be faster as compared to bigger flats bah..but all the credit still goes to my ID and the workers..i think they very fast leg fast hand..every other day i will spotcheck flat and will see lots being done..now waiting for the painting touchup and solid top and glasses to be up..

i stayed 5th floor nia..but mine is a corridor unit and the windows were changed by previous owner like 3years back..still in ok condition..is for the purpose of safety and security and of course, match the gate hahaha cos was thinking if can do it now better than do it when all things are done as need to clean up again leh..the living window grille cost $280..heheheh good price or not? i haven decided yet also..still cannot make up my mind the switches is included in my quote but only this colour..you can request from ID when you doing quote later either clipsal or legrand also look similar..depending on which you like lor how things on your side?

nice nice..think our reno complete around same time but you still ahead of me as i haven seen my carpentry yet.. i like your main door..i also forgotten mine is wat door, think maybe with lever to open? yours is when turn key the door will open huh? your main gate no double image la, is the shadow casted from your house lightings..heheheh and the gate is a doggy.. bunbun -> hows life as a housewife? me want to be 1 also leh..but i scare boring leh.. if i ever became 1 hor, think i will go and work part time to earn some spending $$ =P

Updates 20 June 2008 1) 1st coat of painting done 2) wrought iron gate installed 3) lightings up 4) switches up 5) laminated flooring done waiting for carpentry now..duno when my WIW be in leh think can move early july liao main gate hager 1gang switch (have mixture of 2 & 3 around the house dining light...sui sui the whole house indeed enough lightings cos the PLC actually very bright liao..so 4DL + 6PLC for living room for a 3room is enough..and 3DL + 3PLC in the MBR (without ceiling light) also enough.. only place where not up to my expectation is the WIW lighting..like a bit dim...hmm if want to change duno can or not...hahahaha i love the main gate the most! like the round round and curvy feeling..me not changing the windows grills but 2nd thought now..was thinking if i should change the only the 1 in living room just to make the place looked nicer?? any comments?

unlike my boy..still making mistakes now and he is coming 3years old liao! should have more interaction in the early stage..i didnt bring mine out to "make frens" earlier so now they are kind of anti social liao.. waiting to see bonnie

eh how much the PD door? our common toilet bi-fold is up and freddy not very happy leh..he said lousy quality with lots of scratches...lolx wan cheap things is like this wan lor.. duno he want to change or not....check for me how much is yours can??

seems like alot of us are opting for frosted glass swing door... me no choice cos space constraint..if use bi-fold will kana the rainshower sooner or later..

eee so er xin wan..me cannot clean now la...they will still dirty again..close 1 eye lor.. complain here only lor.. as for the light thingy..my whole house is cream white in colour as need to "brighten" up the area cos no sunlight wan leh..think only some in the kitchen laundry area..will have some bold colours for the various feature walls eg TV and headboard.. was just afraid that the lighting not enough but thinking back, my house like very small nia so 4 DL + 6 PLC in the living should be enough hor?? i cannot visualise that liao, really have to wait till light up then can tell..we going for daylight and cool white and ID said enough light lah...
