I have the same concern about the design/ideas I have in my head! I would prefer having a very obvious theme too but I lack the design chops to ensure that everything fits together into a theme. So I guess I'll just see how it goes, especially at the 3D design phase.

Pretty sure $900 is just to overlay the shower area (3 walls), not the whole bathroom. Same as my quote!

Wow looks like you're doing lots of tiling work! I was quoted $900 for overlaying the entire shower area, which I found expensive so I'm only overlaying the shower head wall in both bathrooms. May I know how much Contractor M quoted you for the overlaying of the shower area?
