@Ankle hihi, may i know where do you run the pipe to the basin? i saw in the pic, pipe to the sewage for output right? how about input?

@Ankle hihi, thanks, will take note of the waterproofing of the consealed wall... i saw your shower area, you conseal that thing on the floor, may i know how you run the pipe to your basin? i assume it is on the other side of the wc?

@Ankle ohh i forgot to mention, i'm sealing the kitchen side toilet door... so it will be a wall there instead.... mine sliding door will be at the blue line, it will overlap the window abit but wont be a prob to open or close it.. so both the sewage will be inside the wet area...

@CaseBlue mine is exactly the same as yours.... the shower point is directly opp the wc, so i'll be shifting it to where the basin used to be, and the basin shift over to the opp door next to wc.... sewage hole will remain as it is inside the wet area... kerb will have a hole to allow water to flow in from the dry area in case washing the floors...

@CaseBlue hi, i think i have the same layout as yours with approx. dimension also.. the toilet can be split with dry & wet area... per the contractor who went to measure and take a look at my toilet... but.. it can only be done at the basin side.. thus, the basin needs to be shifted to the other door area... and then you can do a dry/wet area... i have not started my renov.. but the contractor says it can be done...

@Francis Tay.. i did.. my mom got the help from the master to help pray....was told not to open the house when sun had set.. so is best always when the sun is bright like in the morning or early afternoon.. FYI..

I’ve posted in fb under the west terra group.. not sure if hdb is looking... @Ankle the rusty part is at the toilet window.. the whole length is rusty.. the main gate is that apt of cement patches.. and other parts full of ugly whole paints.. sent email to HDB estate manager.. called me this morning explaining that no one else should have the access or keys.. so mmmm nothing I can do I think.. Guess I can only buy a lock to lock the main gate haiz..

Another defects, there’s a huge gaps, it should be aligned..and the finishing How to accept it.. mmmmmmm
