Can use 'cif', then use soft sponge to clean/rinse regularly.

Think the valuation will increase, you may ask to set the buying price at 330K irregardless of the valuation, so if the valuation went up, you get to pay lesser COV. Juz my 2 cents worth of thot.

Top hung means instead of from top to bottom sliding panel, the upper part will be able to open out horizontally.

yes, paid abt 25% deposit, I guess is becos of the top hung tat's is why cost more

I also confirmed with a window contractor 2 days back. Going to change whole house windows and grilles to white powder coated aluminium. Cost about 4K. Was offered double hollow with blue/green tinted glass for the same price but opted for single hollow/round and clear glass. Total about 20 panels with top hung except for kitchen no top hung. Was it good deal?
