The silver part is the window frame. Peeling.

Hi All, Last week I saw my window frames peeling. Initially I thought the light shade was dust. Apparently it was peeling, thus showing 2 shades. So nowadays, our window frames are not aluminium but just spray painted over?

I have just started renov, and the whole house is in a dirty mess now. May I know how much do the ID/contractor tidy up for u before painting starts? Id say will sweep away the debris. But looking at the powdered mess, doubt it will help much. And because of gap in skirting, debris also went in. Sigh. I'm quite an ocd lol. So during painting all the powdery mess will just get painted over?

Hi Ankle, May I know where is the trunking for aircon in your bedroom and toilet? Seems to be concealed very well. And there is space for your wardrobe at the side wall.

Just checking. How long do u guys take when doing QC for your furniture etc upon delivery? Was it pressurizing while u check and the delivery staff wait for your sign-off?

My shower area is in the middle. WC and basin on each side. Explored various options and discussed with a few contractors. Eventually decided to give up. No kerbs on the floor etc. Just a shower curtain to keep the WC dry. But whole floor would still be wet.

Did anyone change or think of changing the WC installed by hdb? Mine has the eco friendly tap near the flush. Would prefer the usual kind.

Hi Ankle, My plc 45sqm. One aircon for bedrm and one for living rm. Not sure if the 20,000 btu is a total for whole hse. But since i may not be using the contractor, i din want to ask.
