I am new to this forum and have no experience at all on renovation and would like to ask for some advice if this quotation is reasonable. It is for a 3I room resale unit. I am on low budget so trying to save cost by overlaying the tiles and plastering over existing kitchen tiles . My main question is that if the cement plaster to existing kitchen wall tiles for the amount of $1300 and whole house plastering of $1800 is reasonable? It seems a lot to be charged twice for plastering. Also if overall quote is reasonable. Should i engage a seperate contractor to overlay the vinyl? Also if there is any recommendation on electrical works. I will appreciate any advice or suggestion.Thank you so much
