  12. Comestic mod no use lah....even exhuast if not straight thru also no use....give loud sound only. Got for straight thru exhuast mod, then ECU tunning can already. But straight thru is illegal. Then your car can easily beat higher category car. My mechanic friend mod his car from a 1.4l to 1.8l, outside still normal nothing fancy.

  15. Not for my house, i have one light in the kitchen on timer from 7pm to 7am, one light on 24hrs at the store room, one light on 24hrs on 2nd level outside common toilet. So my house no funny feeling.
  16. My neighbor are christain so whenever they have cell group meeting, they will open door and open windows wide wide and sing to god. hum,... i think they should practice more. Of course i will want to mingle with my neighbor but it take both hands to clap. All my neighbors except the one that my girls play with have their door and windows shut all the while. Besides, i'm not that kind of people that will go around knocking on their doors unlike Angel81. If i due soon, i will make head lines already. My wife will due on OCT.
  17. All you neighbors very good leh. I only got one neighbor where they also have 2 girls of the same/close age as my girls. Sometimes play at my place sometimes their play. I bet we 2 are the noisiest family in the neighborhood. My neighbor on my left, sigh.... only open doors and windows when they sing songs.

  19. Be careful. Yes, u can choose not to sign on the paper but but remember u r the buyer: Your seller face music from his seller. You face music from your seller. Since you got everything schedule and planned, why make things difficult for yourself? Just signed the paper and get the police to chase them out. If u don't sign, u risk being sue by your seller and at the same time waste your time and energy and effort. You call ya..... good luck to both of u.
  20. This is really a very interesting thread. When a deal screwed up because of incompetent agent it can turned really nasty. If i'm the seller i will delay/deduct agent's fee. Poh, someone threaten you, want to beat u up want to kill u, this is very serious and police will investigate even if there is no evident. You have to report to the police, at least there is a record. Confirmed, i experienced it myself. hee hee. As for seller not wanting to vacant the flat after 2nd appointment, like many said get the police to do the work for u. Grass root leader so what??? Throw weight around, more like wipe me shoe har? 80 year old granny so what, if the seller is a good filial son, he will not let this happened but rent a unit temporary. How many 80 year old can u help? There are so many out there, me sure have no capacity to help. The garment also turning a blind eye otherwise old folk home will be fully subsidies and u won't see old people loitering out there. From the moment of signing the OPT to 2nd appointment, there are plenty of time to do all these planning. They are trying to abuse your kindness. The other option will be charge rental but think this is not an option to u cos u have everything schedule. While for me i will get the police to play nasty for me.
  21. Twin runs in the blood. I'm the 1st twins and my sister 2nd. My younger sister has her twins girls last year. Doctor said it is non identical but still look alike.
