UPDATE : my kitchen floor tiles will be completed today. tmrw will start hacking for the toilets flooring......and estimated completion of the toilets tiling by end of next week. today also will complete the electrical works.

mine also dun hv SP gas,....so, hv to use LPG Gas cylinder. u wan the supplier's contact? i sms to you 2nite then.

Lately i just checked the hdb resale transaction,...and there's a unit on my same blk,.....sold at $450k! off-hand i oledi earned abt 100k liao! so, hope i can sell at 500k in abt 4/5yrs time....keke

mine is samsung non-inverter....the new design. i dun need inverter cos maybe only just ON the aircon less then 10times a year nia....keke

ok....then means i can still let my aircon go ahead to install b4 my painting is done lah,...right? cos my aircon coming to install on this Sat,......and my electrical works will only be completed this week,....whereas all the patching of holes on the wall and ceiling will only be done next week. so, i will probably let them go ahead to install and pain later lor.....can right? i also not sure leh.....mine is using the cylinder LP Gas.....
