ya ya,...i took over the keys on May08....and only start my reno last week. now still waiting for the permits for the hacking.....keke likely can only start hacking on this Thursday.... so far, not much progress.....now only managed to dismantle those old cabinets etc etc from the previous owner (mine is resale).

mine,.....HDB TO came to inspect and said no water seepage,....cos only moisture does not mean it's water seepage. what they wanna see during inspection was.......WATER LEAKING!!!!! so, i just do my own repair,....dun bother and no energy to fight and argue with HDB anymore.

i bought my LCD at Harvey Norman's Expo sales over the wkends. i also bought my microwave there....cheap cheap. also, i hv friend work in HN, so he will let me know in-advance of any upcoming good deal lor. keke can anyone help advise? I'm now deciding between Samsung or LG system 3 aircon. as i mentioned earlier, we *hardly* and *rarely* ON the aircon,....so, dun see the need to buy a higher end inverter aircon. Samsung system 3 at $1588 LG system 3 at $1499 anyone has any info to share on this? thanks.
