Anyone into bonsai? Thinking of trying my hand at it.

I'm trying to increase my on-line presence by getting on to just as many business listing sites as possible. Problem I've run into is with my business address. I've always just used my PO Box number as my address, but I do have some places where I've needed to provide a physical address. In those cases I've used borrowed addresses like my tow-buddy Mike's office/shop or the repair shop where I garage my truck at night. Neither is really desirable and I don't want to use my home address, Mike no longer has a shop and I hate imposing on the guys who let me park for free at night, plus right now my listings have some variations on the addresses which show up as errors when I do one of those free listing scans. SO, looking into a commercial or virtual mailbox service where I'll have a real address to use; seems like the answer and it's pretty cheap. I'll be keeping my USPS box because that's on a LOT of stuff - invoices, business cards, licenses, bills. Question: Anyone using one of these services? Pros and cons? Any info greatly appreciated.

Hi folks! I’m stuck trying to download Instagram videos to MP4 on my Windows 11 laptop. I’ve hit a few dead ends with methods I found online, and nothing seems to stick. Is there a secret sauce or a go-to tool I’m not aware of? Would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. PS: I’ve tried several online Instagram video downloader tools and browser extensions, but they were full of ads and I’m worried about the security risks. I’m looking for a reliable solution to save Instagram video to mp4 on computer. Thanks!

We are thinking of putting in solar panels. We are located in Illinois. Quad cities to the North, Macomb to the South, Galesburg to the east and the Mississippi River to the west. .Has anyone had dealings with a company you would recommend? Reliability, and service personnel if needed, are important to us. Are we too late for any of the incentives? Does anyone have anything they want to warn us about? We are looking at farm and personal use. We are not located close to main power lines so not looking at a "solar farm".

Its not the spring cartridges, its just some of the door handles over time have gotten more and more of a loose/dead spot. Took one off and had a look, even in my hand the handle wobbles a bit relative to the bit that screws to the door. I couldn't see a way of tightening the handle.

Found a property we liked and just put in for a land loan. I know people do this all time but I'm as nervous as a alley cat. Paid off our house 5-6 years and over the years have pretty much rebuilt it. New kitchen, two new bathrooms.. only a couple sections are left to finish. It's a small house and lot but we made it work. Fairly cheap and allowed her to be a stay at mom for 8 years. Problem now is the neighborhood and the county in general. Due to some concussions I can't handle the bass in music, just kills me. Unfortunately our houses are close and my neighbors don't get it. And yes I've tried twice talking to them, anymore we just turn them in past 10:30p. Won't even discuss the county. Looking at 10-20 acres raw land -no house- max a hour from the city. Financially we can afford it just not as free as before. Only real debt is the BMW and we put over 40% of our income in retirement. Almost feels like we're taking a step back, by the time we do everything maybe 350-400k. So much for retiring early. Looking forward to whole thing though but still nervous.. House that I won't have to fix anyone else's mistakes, shop.. and maybe too many tractors. Grew up on a farm so making a little income from it isn't out of the question. Enough rambling.. We're only 44 and 47 so not too old. Anyone start over at this stage?

One year ago last week I was let go from my amazing job by a petty a$$hat who knows nothing about IT but somehow found his way to being an IT Director. Three months later he was booted for gross and demonstrated incompetence - a bit of vindication but no real value for me. I had a short term contract this summer that gave me three months of work (with a full month in the middle where I did not work because my wife was in the hospital), but otherwise I have been unemployed for the past 12 months. This being the one year anniversary I think is weighing on me quite a bit. I have a lot of angst and frustration over not being able to find livable employ. In the 8 months of the past year that I have been searching I have applied for ~100 jobs, and every one of them was something I felt I was qualified for. I have received one job offer at a local MSP, but their offer was far below my expected pay. I told them that I would give them 100% and they would be happy with me, but that I would be continuing to actively look for a higher paying job, and understandably they resumed their search. I don’t blame them, they want and need someone to be a long term team member. Aside from the aforementioned short term contract I have received nothing but rejection. Last week I was super excited about one particular opportunity, I met 95% of the requirements plus had direct experience with their unique tech stack, and I did not even make it to a screening call. Ultimately I think that I am doing something wrong with my resume. I am either showing or not showing something and it is getting my application dismissed outright. Who here is a hiring person and can tell me what I’m doing wrong? What am I showing that is a turn off? What am I leaving out that is getting me dismissed?

They go in whole, they come out whole, how much caloric intake does the body really get from them. Eat a tub of peanuts and 6 cans of corn a day to feel full. Shed the pounds! Now I got to come up with a name for it to sell it to the masses.

Hi guys I made this chat app using the whatsapp api from the facebook developer platform and using webhooks as a disclaimer the webhook won't work straight out of the box because I had to setup a vercel server as a interface between the facebook api and the retool webhooks because retool doesn't support the verify token from facebook

I wish to be able to receive bitcoin in payment for my sexual and other services when requested in addition to the normal payments of kittens high voltage measuring equipment or gold that I normally insist on receiving as payment. Every time I've tried an advertised service, it has asked me for so much personal data that it is an unacceptable threat to my current "non person" status. Does anyone here know, and have the inclination to explain what steps I and my customers have to take in order to make bitcoin yet another reason to take my clothes off... (Obviously there's some blunt comedy here) And the truth is more likely to be that I'm trying to sell a room full of radio control gear and related stuff in one hit, and being able to take payment in BTC might make the impossible task a bit easier and quicker to accomplish in the current economic landscape... All those BTC miilionaires who bought at the start have trouble spending it, you now.

I recently had an opportunity presented to me to rent a shop to open my own truck repair shop and I'm trying to figure out what all I need to do to get started. I know I need to set up an LLC, insurance, and business license but not sure what else I need to do. I assume I need to get a lawyer to help do this, but this is why I'm asking. I will also talk to my accountant to get that side of things taken care. Any help is greatly appreciated! I’ve put off opening a shop for years, but it has given me time to accumulate a lot of the tools I need for this so the upfront cost won't be as bad.

Hi all, I noticed from a few realtors that they don’t regularly send emails to their email lists. The main reason is that it takes too much time to send emails regularly or they find the task too tedious. Are you currently sending emails to your leads and if you are, how much time are you spending? Whats your struggles or pain associated with doing this? I think its a gold mine to keep regular contact with your lead list whether they are client or not… but want to hear your thought

Hello, we are looking for a small, charming wedding venue in Santorini If anybody have any suggestions or experiences to share I will appreciate. Thank You!

Hi everyone, I am starting to look at wedding bands and I am thinking of customizing them so they feel more personal. I have never done customization before, so I am not sure what to take note of during the process For those who have customized your bands, what are some important things to consider? Would love to hear your experiences or tips before I make any decisions. Thank you in advance

It would be nice if we could cut and paste an image we are interested in sending into a image search field and search through the recipients received wall to see if they already received one. The algorithm could return the top 5 closest matches, leaving it up to the sender to determine if it’s actually a duplicate. This would be helpful for profiles with thousands of cards and should be fairly simple to implement. Plenty of open source code for algorithms to do this. Only downside is the potential increase in processing requirements for the site

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well! I would like to say that I am really happy for everyone that has managed to find a tester job, because I personally find it very very difficult I have a degree in computer science but no experience in a company or testing in general. Could anyone share that secret of how to at least get considered for a first interview? I have done 100 applications and more and still cannot get an interview. Any advice is welcome

Hi guys, I hate to even ask this question, but can anyone help me with the IBC definition of Hotel? We are having a somewhat ridiculous discussion with lawyers and city planners, revolving around the question of short-term rentals versus hotels. I am trying to find a path in the IBC to show that this particular project is considered a hotel. Here are some quick details. There is a historic business that the fire marshal and I have designated as an R-1 Hotel. It is a bunch of bungalows on a single lot. It functions as a hotel, with a central phone number, reservation system, etc. Definitely transient. The rooms are separate "cabins". To muddy the waters, each bungalow could technically be called a dwelling because it has sleeping, bathing, and cooking facilities. Part of my thought process is looking all the various definitions and occupancy types in the IBC. Unfortunately, Hotel is not defined. It seems obvious what a hotel is, but I am wondering if anyone has encountered a similar situation, or has a good method to define it. I am on the 2018 IBC, but it probably doesn't really matter for the purposes of this discussion. Thanks in advance.

Hi I have recently divorced my wife and she has asked me to leave the house. I have nowhere to go and I stopped working about a month ago. I contacted the council and they said I have no priority for housing and that I have to find my own place to rent but all the landlords I contacted would not accept someone who is not working. I contacted Nomads but they said they have a long waiting list. I moved to Sheffield 3 years ago and have been busy working most of the time so I have no friends here to live with or even get advice from so I am lost and don't know what to do to get over this problem, so please advise me. Thanks in advance
