I outsourced my electrician and painting... did not use ID's.... I rewired the whole house in the end so overall cheaper than from ID....

hmm... accordingly to Miker, it is cheaper cos my kitchen very long lar... so the cost to tile up the whole area is more expensive.... Also, I still have the concrete support... hehe... just that I request that he uses the cabinets to cover it up...... I told him... want concrete support but must be cannot be seen.... hehe.... I had entertained the idea of hacking away my storeroom at first to build a bigger WIW.... In the end, decide not to.... after talking to my parents... cannot imagine... have not moved in but my storeroom already got "booked" to put alot of things..... So my stand... storeroom is a sure thing to have at home... even for young couples like us... You never know what you need to put... and after kids come into the picture... More things to store... haha

I did not take the electric and painting for my 5A unit from my ID In the end, I rewired my resale flat and paint my flat at 4k... Points included... Maybe I do not have alot of points? If you are keen, let me know and I can recommend my electrician to you....
