Becoz only doin simple reno...not doing anything at that odd corner.... my ID dun have any headache or challenge on that.... Thanks for the idea input...I'll take note on that.... We think alike....that's what i'm gonna do....my entertainment / tv corner.... but due to limited budget...i can only get of the shelf tv console, sofa and cofee table.... but definitely i'll add on some others design work if budget allow...

Quite a lot of things: Living & Dining - Floor tiles for living and dining room - False ceiling and L-box Kitchen - Floor and wall tiles for kitchen - kitchen cabinet - Sliding glass door MBR - Laminate flooring - Toilet wall tiles and floor tiles - Bedroom Door Common bathroom - Toilet wall tiles and floor tiles 2 Common Bedroom - Laminate flooring - Bedroom doors Those are what I can think of... still need to include the electrical cabling for the new lighting point for the false ceiling and L-box

Yeah...the living room and 1 of the bedroom are a bit odd shape.... actually this floorplan that I got from hdb is a bit misleading... there are only 3 bedrooms and there is no divider wall for the "future room" the whole area is actually my living and dining area

After reading the forum for few months, and got quite a lot of ideas from all the forumer here, now its our time to share our reno and contribute some ideas for the rest of the forumer. This story began when 2 sotongs were looking for a nest to settle down, went thru few times of hdb balloting exercises without any chance to select a unit. So finally decided on resale market. Within a day, they viewed 11 units of hdb , and decided on the second day to buy one of the unit at CCK. After signing the OTP, the 2 sotongs swam around looking for ID... To cut the story short the 2 sotongs had gotten the key to the unit, and selected the ID... : and will start the reno this Wednesday, 10-09-2008. Happy Reading, The 2 Sotongs.... This is our Floor Plan It is a 4A type Floor area 107sqm

You will need to re-paint every now and then.... thru my experience...it will grow mold and algae easier than tiles... and if you don't clean it asap..it will turn black...and leave black holes in the painted wall... This might not be a good idea to go for.... unless you are prepared to re-paint it every year....

Please let me know also if you can get a better deal elsewhere Bro... I will be keen, as I'm having tight reno budget also.....
