Recommended Posts

dear FS gurus, appreciate your comment on the following resale 4rm unit.

Thanks for your time and help.

Street directory showing the facing of the block

I intend to do open kitchen concept, as well as hack away the storerm. Instead, will erect a new storage area just next to the open area beside the common toilet.

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

I would suggest you engage a Pro Fsm to go and audit your house.

Open concept kitchen is no joking matter, if any of your household member "fears" fire, he/she is in deep trouble and it is very rare that a whole family is lack of fire. Especially when your kitchen is at the centre of the house, making the fire reaches every corner/everybody.

Would suggest yellow/brown/earth colours for your house to minimise the effects of a kitchen(FIRE) in the centre. Use BLUE/black with caution, it's like throwing water onto fire - you get an explosion.

Black X = no bed

Beige Lines = block/partition/plasterboard

forget the things i draw in your kitchen, I didnt notice you have open kitchen. just make sure that your stove doesnt face any windows, but i believe it is facing everywhere???
