What skills does a fresher need to have to get an interview for the first time?

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well!
I would like to say that I am really happy for everyone that has managed to find a tester job, because I personally find it very very difficult  I have a degree in computer science but no experience in a company or testing in general. Could anyone share that secret of how to at least get considered for a first interview?
I have done 100 applications and more and still cannot get an interview.
Any advice is welcome

I got more callbacks once I built a tiny testing portfolio on GitHub, shared writeups of bugs I found in everyday apps, and kept my CV laser-focused on those projects. A quick tip I picked up while cleaning up my online presence was using a reverse social media search on myself, which helped me spot old stuff that didn’t match the vibe I wanted employers to see.
