Turned out it really was the same person - they just used the same handle everywhere without thinking much about it. If you’re curious, there are tools that help track that kind of thing. I messed around with GEOfinder name lookup once, and it pulled a few matches across sites. It’s not perfect, but it’s enough to tell if it’s likely the same person or just a coincidence.
