Recommendation For 1)lcd Tv, 2)washing Washine 3)refrigerator

Hi All,

I am purchasing the following products for my new flat soon and would like to seek yr recommendations.

I would like to get your recommendation for the following products below based on the requirements:

1) LCD TV for my living room ----- 40-50 inches (Is it better to mount on the wall or just place it on top of a stand?)

2) Washing machine -----8 or 8.5 kg

3) Refrigerator ----- Medium size

I guess you have good budget to spend since you are buying a 40-50 inch LCD tv. If you are going for resolution try the Sony Bravia XBR range . Mid range is Samsung, Pioneer and Mitsubishi . I wouldn't recommend Toshiba because it has gone down in quality.

In my own opinion, it is better to hang on wall since you are buying that kind of size LCD tv .

For the other 2, I'm not really good at them so no comments

washing machine, recommended to use europe brand.. (i heard this from alot of departmental stores)

for me,most pple recommended me to use Bosch, so i bought Bosch already

For TV, I use Pioneer Kuro 42'' PDP-428XG which is very very sharp! But it is plasma, not LCD.

I recommend Mitsubitshi Folio Baby MRCL38J. Made in Japan and it comes with ice maker too! Very convenient.

For front loader, I still prefer continental brand. I use Ariston Aqualtis AQXXF 129, as it is the only model that has a digital time display (I need to know how long more the wash will take

Fm my experience:

I've a Brandt washer (front load) and it breaks down after less than 3 yrs of usage.. It's beyond repair and technician advised to change a 'motherboard' for $700++++ (almost fainted when i hear it).

Now i'm using Whirlpool (for almost 1 year) and still happy abt it. In fact, found that the usage is easier.. pardon, i don't hv the model with me now..
