don't want to mention names here: red dot was started by my ID from or**** c***. as my house was not done up by red dot, i will be objective here so my comments will be with respect to that guy (name starts with H):

main cons

- there was no effort / thought put into the drawing that was given to us. i had already paid for the deposit then so i guess there was less urgency on his part. when we suggested some changes, he would take back the drawing, make some minor changes (e.g. use a difference colour or pattern) and return it to us.

- the most irritating part was, when we wanted to change or make some amendments after the initial agreement, he will not be that accomodating and require top-up etc etc until we gave up. workmanship is okay but other than there, there is really nothing to rave about.

overall, i would give him a 5 out of 10. there is really nothing special in the design / end product so if i am given another chance, i will have engaged another person / ID.
