heard that toilet facing kitchen is no good for health. is there any remedy to this?

if keeping both the toilet door and kitchen door closed at all times, will this help?

Try putting a partition inbetween them.

Keeping both doors closed is not going to help unless you sealed up the toilet door and not use it at all.
